If you cancel your registration 14 days or prior before the course starts, you will be entitled to an 80 % refund of your processed payment, no refund will be made after that date. Cancellation must be received by letter of fax. Scivent would gladly transfer your registration to another member of your company.
If Scivent cancels the event, Scivent is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
