The course is intended to provide a detailed overview on the key success factors of new product development in life sciences. In particular various tools of project management will be presented, including:
Project management includes also the establishment of a project management structure with relevant decision making bodies, setting up a project plan, implementing and controlling the plan and documentation of project progress and results.
A special focus will be on the value of a strategic project management under the aspects of project financing, co-development and joint ventures. Experienced life science professionals will give the course.
