Human Resources: Developing the Right Strategy – Building the Right Team
It is a common insight that not only strategy development, but also strategy implementation is a challenging exercise for companies. This requires the right skills and competencies at the top level of a company. On the other hand a thorough strategic conception, combined with a top quality leadership team is the core building block of enduring success of a company.
This workshop integrates both critical paradigms.
A first part deals with the generation, facilitation, and implementation of a company strategy. It provides insight into leading-edge tools with a special emphasis on high-technology driven industries as pharma or biotech. We will as well discuss real-life examples and work in small teams on a few case studies.
The second part focuses on people and competencies. After a general introduction we will discuss critical competencies for a leadership team and as well how to assess those competencies. The concepts discussed will be trained in concrete examples.
This workshop addresses founders, CEOs and other top level managers of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Due to the intended interactivity it is planned to restrict the number of attendees to 16 at most.
